Cover to Cover Books Reading List

Our book club is dedicated to reading books geared towards adult readers all year round. We're a relatively large group of friends so everybody has different tastes in books, but that's how we like it! After all, you never know if you're going to find a new favorite book if you don't read widely!
Romantic Fiction
Romantic fiction is a story that focuses on a relationship blossoming between two people and the trials and tribulations they endure that make their happily ever after feel well-deserved. The core of the book should always be the romance, even if they are dealing with things other than that as the book goes on. Some recent romantic fiction favorites suggested by our group members are:

Historical Fiction
Historical fiction is a genre of books that takes place in the past and strives to accurately capture the details, social norms, traditions, customs, and manners of a specific time period. These books strive to get readers immersed in a time long gone where they are able to connect to a character that they feel is relatable, despite living in an earlier era. Some of our groups' favorite historical fiction books include:

They can take place in our world or a world similar to ours or outside of it in another realm or planet. Science or magic are blended into the worlds in new and unique ways. With daring quests, unlikely allies, and new discoveries along the way, these genres provide entertainment and excitement for people of all ages. Not only do characters have to try to figure out what happened to the victim, but the reader is actively trying to put the pieces together themselves to see if they can come to the same conclusions as the characters.
